In July 2018, Global Prairie became an ESOP, and now it is a dream realized to have employee owners complete their 6-year vesting period each year. Vesting is the process by which one accumulates a right to the money in their ESOP account. The Global Prairie ESOP was established with a graded vested system, meaning each year after entering the ESOP, the employee owner earns 20% vesting. At 20% vesting each year, one becomes 100% vested after their sixth year of service. We are thrilled to celebrate you as a 100% fully-vested Global Prairie employee owners! We thank you for your hard work and dedication to our company purpose and culture. To show our gratitude to you, we are gifting each of you “owner swag.” But not just any swag…an “owner VEST!” We hope you wear it as a demonstration of your pride in being a Global Prairie employee owner!
