Best-selling author Gretchen Rubin, one of today’s most influential and thought-provoking observers of happiness and human nature, approached Global Prairie to redesign her most important brand touchpoint–her website.

Global Prairie redesigned, rebuilt, and reintroduced, featuring a new site structure, content, logo, and navigation. In tandem, we created a refined strategy and approach that helped establish a more engaging presence for Gretchen and her personal brand. 

We gave Gretchen's logo an intentionally writerly feel using a classic font found frequently in print.  

We also leaned into her expertise with surprise and delight: we hid a bluebird in her wordmark, a symbol of happiness with deep personal meaning for Gretchen.

Following the success of our initial collaboration, Gretchen asked Global Prairie to support the launch of her new book, Life in Five Senses. We helped design a quiz on her site as a companion asset to drive further audience engagement. We made the quiz even more dynamic by creating five unique animations corresponding to each of the five senses' results.

Through our collaboration, Gretchen Rubin has elevated her brand experience and has seen increased user traffic to her website.
